What is Elevated Best Efforts (EBE)? 

Elevated Best Efforts is a crucial addition for businesses using the ADSL service. It guarantees minimum throughput of 3 Mbps over the shared BT network for 90% of the busiest 3 hour period, subject to line sync rate. This is because ADSL carries a contention ratio of approximately 20:1, so by having EBE  your traffic will be prioritised passed others in your area.

What is Enhanced Care? 

Enhanced care is an additional level of support for when any physical faults happen with the ADSL line. Enhanced care operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week (including weekends and Bank Holidays). There is also, a fault clearance target of 20 hours.
